What kind of browser do I need?
This site has been designed to meet current web standards and is browser independent. For maximum compatibility we recommend using one of the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer 6.0 and above
- Netscape Navigator 7.2 and above
- Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and above
- Safari 2.0 and above
The site may work in lower versions but certain features may display incorrectly.
What are your security levels?
We use 128-bit encryption for all our online services, which is the highest level of security. The security settings on your browser may have a lower level of encryption. If you do not have 128-bit encryption enabled, you may see a 'page not found' message when you try and register or log in to our online services.
How do I print out web pages?
To print any of the pages on our site please select the print option in your browser file menu.
How do I download a file?
All downloadable files in this site are PDFs (Portable Document Format). To be able to open and view these files you must have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer. If you do not have this, you can download it free of charge from www.adobe.com
Why can't I see all of the page on my screen?
This may be due to the screen resolution not being set to the optimum setting for viewing this site. We have designed the site for a screen resolution of 1024x768. If your screen resolution is less than this then you will not be able to see all of the page. See your computer's help facility for instructions on how to change your screen resolution.
How do I change the text size on screen?
You can increase the size of the text through your browser if you have problems reading the text. Please see our accessibility section for instructions.
